This is a reversible tote I made from an unfinished quilt my mother-in-law left behind. I was able to make 4 of these, they all came out slightly different. I gave one each to my sisters-in-law and my daughter. 
Wrist cuff made from scraps of muslin and a couple of silk leaves. Made the rose from a long strip of raw-edged muslin. Used clear snaps to close it with.
These will be cute with my fairy costume I think! Shoulder-duster length earrings from lace and trim scraps I sewed together and then stiched to the goldtone earring finding. Glued on the red flat-backed crystals added the earwires and done!
Judy, it's good to see you blogging about fun stuff! I know life isn't always about the 'fun stuff', but fun stuff makes an enjoyable post doesn't it? Too bad the trials and tribulations of our daily lives make up the bulk of our blog fodder...
